Frequently Asked Questions

  • This will very rarely happen unless we are on vacation or dealing with an emergency. We typically answer within 24hr of receiving a message, but if it’s been over 48hr, please don’t be alarmed!

  • We update via our social media and telegram channels nearly daily. We will not message you privately if we do not have any updates specifically for you, so please don’t be alarmed if that is the case and we are updating elsewhere!

  • While we hate working on premades rather than customs during work hours, premades help pay any upcoming bills that we can’t pay with your commission. We get a decent portion of our income from convention and online sales to help ease taking on commissions to get the best experience for our clients as possible.

  • We are people too, and sometimes we miss things or forget to respond. If you are messaging us insistently, we will get back to you when we are able.

Behavior Expectations

  • Yes, we offer refurbishments (refurbs) on a case-by-case basis.

    We will not do major refurbishments on work that we did not originally make.

    Several pictures of the item need to be sent with what you are expecting to have done. If the project is deemed too difficult, we will recommend you get a new piece.

    Refurb work is priced hourly, with a $100 base fee, $20/hr and material cost.

  • Yes, we offer repairs. Repairs are dependent on how much work needs to be done, and we will need several pictures of what needs work.

  • Yes, we offer upgrades to all of our clients, regardless of if it were custom or premade work. We love to bring all of our critters to their full image!

  • Yes, we offer custom work on a rotating basis depending on what’s completed in our studio. If our queue is empty, it’s time to go crazy!

  • We are happy to add any zipper, for any reason, for our clients. Just be upfront when asking so we can better fit your needs!

Services

  • Yes! At the end of a project, you are charged shipping. This allows you to pick the shipping service you want, within reason.

  • Packages are insured for the total value of the contents. We are not held responsible for what happens during transit, as we do pack our work as best as possible to insure safety.

  • We ship to wherever you are! Please know that international shipments may be subject to customs fees upon arriving in your country.

Shipping

  • We require the following from all of our clients:

    • A reference sheet

    • Measurements of your head, arms and legs depending on what you commission

    • A duct tape dummy, for any projects that include a body portion

  • We require a 2 to 3 view reference sheet WITHOUT ANY SHADING! Your character’s markings need to line up across all views and be “fursuit-friendly”.

  • A duct tape dummy (affectionally called a DTD) is essentially a shell of your body, which gives us the necessary measurements to work off of without you being in the studio!

  • We require that you either have someone help you or go into a tailor! They will need a tape measure designed for sewing. Pictures help a lot with this process!
